Shihab Al-Din Ahmed Ibn Sukkar
Shihab Al-Din Ahmed Ibn Sukkar (1): Shihab Al-Din Ahmed Bin Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Dhargham Bin Ali Bin Abdul-Kafi was from the tribe of Quraysh and a descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq known as Ibn Sukkar. Born around 733 AH, he was the brother of Shams Al-Din Muhammad Ibn Sukkar the muezzin.
Shihab Al-Din received hadiths through the narrations of his brother, which came from Yahya Bin Yusuf Bin Al-Masri and others. He also transmitted hadiths and made the call to prayer in Jami’ Al-Hakami Mosque. He had a shop in which he used to sell painted ceramics and other things. He died in Rajab of 806 AH.
