Al-Hasan Bin Abdul-Ahad
Al-Hasan Bin Abdul-Ahad (1): Al-Hasan Bin Abdul-Ahad Bin Abdel-Rahman Bin Muhammad Bin Abdul-Aziz Bin Hebatullah Bin Muhammad Bin Abdel-Rahman was a Hanbali teacher known as Abu Muhammad of Harran and Ras Al-Ayn. A descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq whose ancestry could be traced to the tribe of Taym, a sub-clan of the tribe of Quraysh, Al-Hasan Bin Abdul-Ahad was born around 770 AH in the city of Ras Al-Ayn in Mardin. He was a muhaddith (transmitter of hadiths) and lived in Makkah Al-Mukarramah for many years. He was a pious worshipper who taught the children of Makkah in Masjid Al-Haram. He died in Makkah in 826 AH and was buried in Al-Mu’alla.
