Ibn Jammaz

Ibn Jammaz (1): Abdul-Wahhab Bin Abdel-Rahman Al-Taj of Madinah was from the tribe of Quraysh and a descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq. A Sufi who followed the Shafi’i school of thought, he was the brother of Muhammad and Abdullah. Known as Ibn Jammaz, he was of those who embraced Sufism and went to India. He died in 885 AH.
