Ali Bin Ali Bin Mubarakshah

Ali Bin Ali Bin Mubarakshah (1): Ali II Bin Ali I Bin Mubarakshah Al-Siddiqi Al-Sawji was a scholar who followed the Shafi’i school of thought. He had a son named Abdul-Malik.

Ali Bin Ali was born in 766 AH, the same year in which his father died, which is why he was named after him. He worked in different fields of knowledge and was known for his great expertise. He combined his knowledge of the rational and transmitted sciences, known as the ma’qul and manqul, and was a fatwa authority in his geographical location. He lived a life of piety in which dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and karamat played a prominent role. He died in Rajab of 841 AH at the age of 75.
