Abdel-Rahman Bin Abdul-Mahmoud Al-Suhrawardi

 

Abdel-Rahman Bin Abdul-Mahmoud Al-Suhrawardi (1): Sheikh Jamaluddin Abdel-Rahman Bin Sheikh Shihab Al-Din Abdul-Mahmoud Bin Abdel-Rahman Bin Sheikh Emad Al-Din Muhammad Bin Sheikh and Noble Imam Shahab Al-Din Umar Bin Muhammad Al-Suhrawardi was in charge of monitoring endowments in Baghdad. He was highly respected and honored in his region. He was killed on a Saturday, on the 19th of Dhul Hijjah in 737 AH, in Baghdad. He was laid to rest next to his father in his ribat in Al-Ma’mounia. He was over thirty years old at the time of his murder.
