Asaad Bin Muhammad Bin A’azz Al-Suhrawardi

Asaad Bin Muhammad Bin A’azz Al-Suhrawardi (1): Abu Al-Hasan Asaad Bin Abi Abdullah Muhammad Bin Abi Al-Harith A’azz Bin Umar Bin Muhammad of Sohrevard was from the tribe of Taym, a sub-clan of the tribe of Quraysh, and a descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq. Born in 547 AH, he was a resident of Baghdad who came from a well-known Sufi home. He received hadiths from Abi Al-Waqt Abdul-Awwal Bin Esa and others and also transmitted hadiths as well. He died on the 22nd of Rajab in 614 AH and was buried the next day in Al-Sahliya next to his father.
