Shu’aib Bin Talha

Shu’aib Bin Talha (1): Abu Muhammad Shu’aib Bin Talha Bin Abdullah Bin Abdel-Rahman Bin Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq was from the tribe of Taym, a sub-clan of the tribe of Quraysh, and a descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq. His mother was a concubine. He narrated on the authority of his father and Al-Qasim Bin Muhammad Bin Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq, while Ma’an Bin ‘Esa and Abu Musab Al-Zuhri narrated on his authority. He died in either 174 or 175 AH. His children were: Saleh, ‘Esa, Ishaq, Muhammad, Ibrahim, Haroun, and Asma’, whose mother was a concubine. He also had a daughter named Abda Bint Shu’aib, whose mother was Hikma Bint Al-Munthir Bin Ubaidah Bin Al-Zubayr.
