Isma’il Bin Yahya Al-Taymi

Isma’il Bin Yahya Al-Taymi (1): Isma’il Bin Yahya Bin Ubaydullah Bin Talha Bin Abdullah Bin Abdel-Rahman Bin Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq was from the tribe of Taym, a sub-clan of the tribe of Quraysh, and a descendant of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq. Known as Abu Yahya, he was from Kufa and narrated in Baghdad. He narrated on the authority of Sufyan Al-Thawri, Abu Hanifa, and Malik Bin Anas, but his narrations are classified as matrook (rejected).
